「老爹」歐提茲 (David Ortiz)擅打季後賽，拍賣鬍子也很內行，他為刮鬍刀廠商公 益活動所刮掉的鬍子，昨晚順利結標，喊價1萬877美元 (約新台幣32萬1870元) 高價 ，連他本人都覺得「超棒！」 紅襪鬍子大軍今年成為話題，就在世界大賽結束不久，不少球員紛紛落鬍，歐提茲與 隊友維多里諾 (Shane Victorino)選擇為公益刮掉鬍子，廠商當場吉列捐出10萬美元 ，用於為波士頓爆炸案募款的「壹基金 (One Fund)」。 鬍子則上網拍賣，歐提茲的鬍子喊價火熱，由一位匿名買家以近1萬1千美元得標；維 多里諾的鬍子、刮鬍刀、簽名則以3750美元賣出。 歐提茲的鬍子「賣相」，優於不少歷來的名人毛髮拍賣，像是今年七月滾石樂團主唱 米克傑格 (Mick Jagger)的頭髮以6000美元賣出。 已故美國總統甘迺迪 (John F.
