食安問題重創台灣觀光形象　立委擬修法嚴懲

【蔡明樺／台北報導】今年6月才因毒澱粉風暴翻修的《食品衛生管理法》，因近期油品事件又再度翻修，立委羅淑蕾今指，各國觀光客喜歡到夜市吃美食，交通部觀光局行銷夜市，國際旅客每人發100元夜市美食券，往年1000萬預算發光光，今年發放率不到3成，食安問題已重創台灣觀光形象。

羅淑蕾說，《食管法》再不修法，台灣會變食品亡國。立院社福及衛環委員會今排定審議，有立委提案修法除摻偽假冒最高罰金從1500萬提高至5000萬、刑罰從3年以下有期徒刑加重為5年以下有期徒刑外。羅淑蕾強調，公司負責人很多是人頭，應增列董監事、技術人員連帶處罰，並制定「吹哨子條款」以罰金的30％作為食安檢舉獎金。

《商業周刊》報導讓乳品問題受矚目，衛福部食品藥物管理署整頓乳品標示問題，日前預告含乳量不到50％的乳品不得標示調味乳，只能稱作乳飲品，預計明年底前公告實施；另市售包裝米粉從明年7月起需明確標示米含量。
