向中通報元首飛行計畫？　沈啟：我未同意

【王炯華／台北報導】民航局長沈啟下午表示，中國在23日宣布東海防空識別區後，27日更進一步要求我通報VIP1（即元首級的）的飛行計畫，目前我方並未同意，也未通報。

立法院外交及國防委員會今邀請國安會、國安局、外交部、國防部、交通部、陸委會到會報告「中國公布東海防空識別區之影響及因應作為報告」並備質詢，立委邱議瑩、黃偉哲等人均提出質詢，沈啟作了上述表示。
